摘要
研究了温度、搅拌速度对2MgO·2B2O3·MgCl2·14H2O在水中溶解及相转化动力学的影响。给出了溶解和转化结晶动力学方程;根据Arrhenius公式,估算了溶解和结晶反应的活化能。依据反应级数、活化能及搅拌效应,确定了该复盐的溶解和转化结晶反应动力学机制。
The influences of temperature and stirring rate on the kinetics of dissolution and transformation of 2MgO·2B 2O 3·MgCl 2·14H 2O in water have been studied.the experimental datas have been fitted, and then, the kinetic equations of dissolution and crystallization have been obtained. The activation energy of dissolution and crystallization has been calculated from Arrhenius formula.The kinetic mechanisms of dissolution and crystallization reactions have been confirmed according to order reaction, activation energy and effect of stirring.
