摘要
水果机械分级研究中,常以人工分级所确定的柑橘级别数作为标准级别数,故有必要对柑橘人工分级进行误差分析,以确保分级结果的可靠性。分析表明,对直径为分级区间临界尺寸的柑橘,可采用考虑测量系统误差的精确分级步骤来保证其可靠性;对于其他尺寸区间的柑橘,直接用游标卡尺对其短轴最大径向弦的测量平均值作为分级尺寸,从而保证了人工分级结果的可靠性,使之可用于后续的研究。
The fruits are generally artificially graded to establish their chine. It is necessary to implement metrical error analysis for oranges grading results. Through grades by way of criterion ones for fruit grading magrading, it will guarantee the reliability of oranges metrical error analyzed, in the case of oranges' metrical diameter being close to critical value of grading range, the precision grading steps including system error are adopted to ensure the reliability of oranges grades; the other cases may use the vernier caliper to direct measure the maximum radial chord of shorter axes, and it mean value can be as a result of grading dimension. This approach makes the grading results reliable and be propitious to farther research.
