摘要
利用Pro/ENGINEER WildFire3.0强大的三维实体造型功能,对LY型旋耕机传动箱主动轴上的锥齿轮建立复杂的直齿圆锥齿轮齿廓三维模型。同机配置ANSYS—Pro/E接口,将齿轮模型导入ANSYS中,形成相应的三维有限元模型;对齿根应力进行有限元分析,得出了齿根弯曲应力等值分布图和齿轮应变图,由此为直齿圆锥齿轮的精确设计提供了可靠的理论依据和可行的方法,提高了设计质量和效率。
With the WildFire of the Pro/ENGINEER 3.0 strong 3D entity shape function, the the stright angular gear of LY- rotary plow declector is built as a complicatedly keeping the Kuo 3D model . together which, the ANSYS -Pro/E connect is allcated so that the gear model is leaded into the ANSYS to fome the 3D limited dollar model. Furtherly, the stress of the tooth root is analysed, and the equipolent - distributing diagram of the curl stress and bending strain diagram are obtained, which provided dependable theories basis and viable method for the accurate design of stright angular gear, and the design quality is improved efficiency.
