摘要
动刀是玉米青贮切碎器的主要工作零件,同时也是受力情况最恶劣的零件。通过比较,选择合适的动刀片,并借助于Pro/MECHANICA应用材料力学及有限元方法对动刀片模型进行静态分析、灵敏度分析及优化设计,得到了满足优化约束的最佳参数和几何模型。优化结果表明,动刀片的宽度尺寸和螺栓孔的直径是影响动刀片性能的主要因素;同时发现,利用Pro/MECHANICA软件可以实现实体建模、结构分析及优化设计的无限集成,从而提高机械产品结构优化和新产品开发的效率。
The blade is the most important working elements in the silage maize harvester, as well as the part that is subject to the worst force. To choose a appropriate blade and use Pro/MECHANICA to carry out static analysis, sensitivity analysis and optimization design of the blade by using material mechanics and Finite Element Method. As a resuit, it obtained the best parameters and geometry model which satisfied the optimization constraint. The optimization result showed that the parameters of the thickness of blade and the diameter of bolt hole were the crucial influential factors for the blade. Meanwhile, by using Pro/MECHANICA can realize the integration of solid modeler, structural analysis and optimization design. So as to improved the efficiency of machinery products' structure analyzing and new products developing.
