摘要 针对节能和提高灌溉质量的实际需要,设计了一种Fuzzy-PID复合控制的恒压灌溉系统。通过可编程控制器控制变频器,变频器控制水泵电机的供电频率,并根据灌区需水量来调节水泵电机的转速,使灌溉管道的压力保持基本恒定。该恒压系统运行过程中,当灌溉用户较多时,由于用水时间不确定,网管的水压会出现较大的波动,因此应根据现场工作人员的经验引入Fuzzy控制对网管水压进行调节。通过采用一台PC机作为上位机,与PLC进行通信,实现监控网管水压等参数。仿真和实验表明:该系统在灌溉质量和节能性能等方面得到了较大改善。 In order to meet the requirement of saving energy and improving irrigating quality, in this paper a kind of Fuzzy- PID constant pressure irrigation system was designed. The transducer is controlled by the programmable logic controller, the motor was controlled by the changing the power frequency of transducer, and the pumps rotate speed was adjusted by, water requirement in irrigating place, so that the pressure of pipeline keeps constantly. In the course of this system operating, on account of the increased irrigation users and the uncertain time, the water pressure will be greater fluctuation. Therefore, Fuzzy controler should be brought in based on the experience of spot staff to adjust the pressure of pipeline. In addition, use PC machine as a position machine, communicating with PLC, monitoring the parameters such as water. Simulation and experiments show that this system has been greatly improved in irrigation quality, energy - saving, etc.
