摘要
清选是联合收割机的重要工作环节之一,其工作性能指标直接影响到联合收割机的整机性能。为此,针对目前还没有成熟的理论体系能描述纵轴流滚筒脱粒后清选机理的现状,设计了纵轴流清选试验台。试验台工作部件更换调整方便,运动参数可实现无级调节;设计了能够分析脱出物和清选后籽粒空间分布的接料箱;采用了工控机和PLC相结合的测控方法,实现了工作部件转速、扭矩、频率和风速等参数的实时采集、显示与处理;模拟和再现了纵轴流滚筒脱粒后作物清选的全过程,进行理论的试验研究。
Cleaning is one step of combine harvesting, its performance index influence the whole machine directly. The ordinate axial cleaning test - bed is designed, in view of no mature theoretical system to describe the cleaning mechanism after axial threshing. It is easy to adjust and change work parts, and moving index can be non -polar adjusted. The industrial controlling machine and PLC are connected to observe and control the working parts, to connect, display and handle the parameters like rotary speed, torque, frequency, wind speed and so on. The whole process of grain cleaning after ordinate axial threshing is imitated and reproduced for theoretical research.
