腰椎后路椎间融合加内固定治疗成人腰椎滑脱症

Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion and Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Adult Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

目的:探讨腰椎后路椎间融合(Posterior lumbar interbody fusion,PLIF)及内固定治疗成人腰椎滑脱的临床疗效及体会。方法:回顾分析我科2006年3月至2008年10月用PLIF加内固定治疗成人腰椎滑脱症18例,观察临床疗效、融合率、滑脱复位率、并发症等。结果:随访16例,随访时间7月-21月,平均15月,优良率87.5%,滑脱矫正率约80.9%,融合率达98.9%,3例脑脊液漏,3例神经根牵拉,术后7天-3月内全部恢复正常。结论:PILF加内固定是治疗成人腰椎滑脱症的有效手术方式。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of posterior lumbar interbody fusion（PLIF） and internal fixation for the treatment of adult lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods： To retrospectively analyze 18 patients with adult lumbar spondylolisthesis from March 2006 to October 2008 treated with PLIF and internal fixation,to observe clinical effect,fusion rate,reduction rate,complication and so on.Results： 16 cases were followed up for 7 to 21 months with an average of 15 months.Excellent or good rate was 87.5%,reduction rate was 80.9%,fusion rate was 98.9%.3 cases of cerebrospinal fluid leakage occurred;3 cases of nerve root irritation occurred;all of them returned to normal 7 days to 3 months after surgery.Conclusion： PILF and internal fixation for the treatment of adult lumbar spondylolisthesis is an effective surgical method.
