鼻内镜下修补脑脊液鼻漏的临床报告

Endoscopic Repair of Cerebrospinal Fluid Rhinorrhea

目的:探讨鼻内镜下修补脑脊液鼻漏(CFR)的效果。方法:总结2003年4月-2008年8月以来18例脑脊液鼻漏患者在鼻内窥镜下修复,总结其术式及疗效。结果:对患者使用嵌塞法10例(鼻内镜下加鼻外额窦进路2例),铺盖法8例。18例患者一次性修复成功者16例(16/18),二次修复成功者2例(2/18)。结论:鼻内镜下修补脑脊液鼻漏修复成功率高,术式具有安全、微创、费用低、并发症少、无面部瘢痕、术后恢复快、保持嗅觉功能等特点,为CFR治疗的首选方式。

Objective：To explore the effect of endoscopic repair of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea（CFR）.Methods： We have summarized the 18 cases with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea under nasal endoscope repair from April 2003 to August 2008,and compared their modes of operation and efficacy.Results： In 18 cases,we successfully treated 10 cases with impaction method（plus external nasal endoscopic sinus approach） and 8 cases with the bedding method.16 cases were successfully repaired only once and 2 cases were repaired twice.Conclusions： Endoscopic repair of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea has a high success rate.It has the characteristics of safe,invasive,low-cost,fewer complications,no facial scar,rapid postoperative recovery and it maintains olfactory function well.This is a better method of CFR treatment.
