概述了微量元素硒在动、植物和人体内的分布，镉、硒拮抗及其对人体健康的影响，并介绍和比较了硒的测定方法。
Distrubution of selenium in plants, animals and human body, antagonism for selemum and cadmium were reviewed. The different methods for determmation of selenium were introduced and compared.
