摘要
本文从产生背景、制定思路、体系技术构成和评分评级方式等方面较为全面地介绍了德国DGNB——世界上第二代可持续建筑评估体系。文章作者凭借多年的德国工程设计工作经验,联系德国工业体系和社会文化对DGNB体系进行了详尽分析,总结了DGNB体系与美国LEED评估体系为代表的第一代绿色建筑评估体系相比的优点。
The article introduces the DGNB （Deutsche Guetesiegel Nachhaltiges Bauen） , which is the Generation 2 of sustainable building assessment of the world, in its background, technology structure, evaluation methodology, etc. It analyzes the features of DGNB relating to German industry system and social-culture. By comparing to the first generation assessment system such as BREEM of Great Britain and LEED of America, this article summarizes its advantages and characteristic.
