摘要
以二溴荧光黄为印迹分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯为交联剂,制备对二溴荧光黄有较好选择性的印迹聚合物.利用静态平衡结合法和Scatchard分析法研究此印迹聚合物的结合能力和选择性.结果表明,以丙烯酰胺为功能单体的印迹聚合物中形成两类不同的结合位点,计算离解常数分别为6.18×10-4mol/L和Kd2=5.73×10-3mol/L.对比二碘荧光黄和荧光素的结合特性,该印迹聚合物呈现较好的选择性.研究二溴荧光黄在溶液中和聚合物中荧光光谱的变化.
A molecularly imprinted polymer with a better selectivity for dibromo-fluorescein was prepared by using acrylamide as functional monomer, 4, 5-dibromo-fluorescein as template molecule, and pentaerythritol triacrylate as cross-linking agent. The bulk polymer obtained was investigated with equilibrium binding method and scatchard analysis method as well to evaluate its binding ability and selectivity. The result showed that two different types of binding sites were formed in the polymer matrix with acry lamide as functional monomer and their dissociation constants were calculated to be 6. 18× 10^-4 mol/L and 5. 73 × 10^-3 mol/L respectively. Compared with the binding daracteristics of diiodofluorescein to fluorescein, the selectivity of this imprinted polymer exhibited a better selectivity. Finally, the variation of fluorescence spectra of the dibromo-fluorescein in solution and in polymer as well was investigated.
