血管性认知障碍的研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 由脑血管病及其危险因素引起的认知障碍，称为血管性认知障碍（vascular cognitive impairment，VCI）。在VCI概念提出之前，人们研究较多的是血管性痴呆（vascular dementia，VaD）。但随着研究的逐渐深入，人们发现VaD的概念不足以涵盖所有与血管因素有关的各种水平的认知障碍。所以，需要提出一个全新的概念，对VaD概念加以补充和完善，使之更好地为临床、科研、教学服务。因此，VCI应运而生。
