摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对磨矿机进行建模,通过对磨矿机工作状态的分析,对磨矿机工作主体进行了简化处理,以便于计算。在工作主体加载时施加了非均匀分布压力,把衬板的质量按等效密度加到筒体及端盖上。通过对磨矿机静止、正常工作、启动3种工况的计算,得到了一个工作周期内工作主体的最大应力和变形。为磨矿机的设计、选型、力能参数优化提供了参考。
The model of a grinding mill is established by using ANSYS,and the working main bulk is simplified to make the calculation simply.The nonuniform load is applied to the working main bulk,and the liner mass regarded with equivalent density is applied to the canister.The maximal stress during a working cycle,including static state,normal operation and start up course,is obtained.The paper supplies a useful reference for design,model selection,energetic parameter optimization.
