摘要
Q235B热轧宽带钢力学性能不合格的主要原因是延伸率偏小和冷弯性能不合格。采用金相分析等实验方法对试样进行了分析,根据显微组织和力学性能的关系找出热轧带钢性能不合格的原因,最后提出了相应的控轧控冷方法。
The unqualified reasons for Q235B hot strip's mechanical properties are the elongation ratio too small and the unqualified cold bending performance.This article used several experimental techniques to analyze the chemical composite and microstructure of the hot srip.According to the relationship of microstructure and mechanical properties,it found out the factors affecting the Q235B hot strip's mechanical properties.Finally,based on the test results,it proposed corresponding method of controlling rolling and controlling cooling.
