摘要
介绍了H型钢的产品方案及生产工艺流程;阐述了由异形坯轧制H型钢,采用3机架串列布置可逆连轧及精整线布置的优点以及开坯轧机、万能轧机、锯机、变节距矫直机等主要设备的技术性能和结构特点。
The product scheme and production process of H-beam in Xintai Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.are introduced in this paper.It also introduces the advantages of using beam blank to roll H-beam by three stand tandem universal mill and the finishing equipment.The technical performance and structure characteristics of rough mill,universal mill and saw are also analyzed.
