在数控机床中,主轴部件最佳支承距对主轴部件的性能影响很大,因此对主轴部件最佳支承距的计算是主轴部件设计中相当重要的工作。编制计算机软件来做主轴部件最佳支承距的计算,既可以提高工作效率,使得过去复杂的计算在数秒内轻松解决,同时可将设计人员从繁杂的重复劳动中解脱出来。
The support distance for spindle unit of CNC machine tool greatly affects the spindle performance,and the computation of optimal support distance for spindle unit is a very important work in the design of machine tools.The paper designed a computation software of optimal support distance for spindle unit.The software applied to the computation of optimal support distance for the spindle unit can not only improve the design efficiency,but also relax the designer from tired and repeated works.
