电力系统中性点接地方式及其运行方式存在多种问题,在急需选择电网中性点接地方式的同时,更需要合理地改造电网中性点接地方式,这关系到电网运行的可靠性。针对电网中性点接地及其运行方式进行分析和探讨,并综合考虑各种因素,对电力系统不同的中性点接地方式进行了比较,对电力系统中性点接地方式的选择提出一些看法。

There exist various problems in the grounding and operation of the power system neuter point.In addition to the urgent need to choose neuter point grounding,we also need to transform reasonably the grounding ways,which affects the reliability of the grid operation.The paper discusses and analyzes the modes of neuter point grounding as well as their operating ways.Considering a variety of factors synthetically and comparing the different neuter point grongding ways,the paper presents some ideas about how to choose the grounding ways of power system neuter point.
