194例复方氨基酸注射液不良反应及其探讨

Analysis of 194 adverse drug reactions caused by compound amino acid injection

目的探讨复方氨基酸注射液所致不良反应的一般规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对1995-2009年国内医药学术期刊报道的194例复方氨基酸注射液致不良反应病例进行统计、分析。结果ADR发生时间在30 min内113例,占58.25%。静脉炎是复方氨基酸最常见的不良反应(75例,占38.66%)。其次为过敏性休克(67例,占34.54%)、过敏反应、药疹等。结论复方氨基酸注射液所产生的ADR,大部分是由于使用方法不当产生,只要临床改进措施,其产生的危害性可防可控。

Objective To analyze the ADR induced by compound amino acid injection so as to provide references for the clinic rational use of drugs. Methods 194 ADR cases of compound amino acid injection reported in the internal pharmaceutical journals retrieved from 1995 to 2009 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results 113 ADR cases occurred within 30 minutes（58.25% ）. The main ADR of compound amino acid injection were phlebitis （75cases ,38.66% ）, followed by anaphylactic shock（ 67cases, 34.54% ）, allergic reaction and drug eruption etc. Conclusion Most of ADR induced by compound amino acid injection were related to improper use. The harmfulness of ADR conld be controlled as long as the clinical measures were improved.
