摘要
目的对我院2008年1-6月处方进行审核并分析,以了解我院门诊患者处方用药的基本情况。方法采用回顾性分析,对抽查处方逐一审查,进行统计、分析。结果共抽查处方600张,其中人均用药2.24种,使用抗菌药的患者占18.66%,使用注射剂的患者占8.33%。药品通用名使用率为100.00%,医保目录药物使用品种百分率为97.88%,不合理用药处方数为32张,占5.33%,人均每次药费为225.41元。结论用药情况基本合理,但仍需要进一步改进。
Objective To review and analyze prescriptions from January to June in 2008,so as to investigate the use of drugs at out-patient. Methods The extraction prescriptions were analyzed statiscally. Results 600 out-patient prescriptions were randomly extracted and analyzed, of which usage of antibacterial drugs occupying 18. 66%, 8.33% patients used injection. The use rate of Generic drugsname was 100% ,use rate of Medicare Drug Directory was 97. 88% ,unreasonable prescriptions occupied 5.33%. 2. 24 kinds of drugs were used in each prescription on average. The drug expenditure for each medication was 225.41 yuan. Conclusion The outpatient drug use is rational on the whole ,but the non-standard prescriptions remain to be further improved.
