人工流产术后立即服用避孕药360例临床分析

Clinical analysis of oral contraceptives taken immediately after induced abortion in 360 cases

目的探讨人工流产术后立即口服避孕药的安全性、必要性及临床疗效。方法对泸州市江阳区妇幼保健院2008年6月至2009年4月行人工流产术的早孕患者360例进行研究:研究组240例立即口服避孕药(特居乐);对照组120例采用其他避孕方法。观察分析2组患者术后阴道流血时间、出血量、月经转归和阴道分泌物等情况。结果研究组的阴道出血量及持续时间、子宫复旧情况、月经周期恢复情况、避孕的效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。口服短效避孕药者无明显不良反应。结论人工流产术后立即口服短效避孕药将有助于减少术后流血、预防感染,有益于育龄期妇女的身心健康。

Objective To explore the safety, necessity and clinical effect on taken immediately oral contra- ceptives after induced abortion. Methods 360 cases after induced abortion from June 2008 to Apr. 2009 in MCH hospital of Jiang yang reyion in Luzhou city were divided into study group and control group. 240 cases were taken oral contraceptives （Triquilar） after induced abortion immediately in study group, while other 120 cases were taken other contraceptive metbeds in control group. The data of vaginal bleeding time, blood loss, restore of menstrual cy- cle, vaginal secretion was observed and analyzed. Results There was significant difference on vaginal bleeding time and duration, blood loss, restore of menstrual cycle, effects of contraception between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no obvious adverse reaction of oral contraceptives in study group. Conclusion It would be helpful to reduce the vagina bleeding time and prevent infection of taken oral contraceptives after induced abortion. It had benefit of physi- cal and mental health in child -bearing age women.
