妈富隆与倍美力治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血疗效观察

The observation of the effect on Marvelon and Premarin treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding during the puberty

目的探讨妈富隆和倍美力治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血(简称功血)的临床效果,寻找一种能迅速止血、调整周期简便、不良反应小的治疗方法。方法将2006年8月至2009年4月在天津市大港区妇幼保健院妇科门诊收治并确诊的青春期功血患者77例随机分入观察组(妈富隆组)和对照组(倍美力组),对止血效果及不良反应等进行比较。结果观察组与对照组止血有效率分别为100%、85.29%,两组止血有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组控制出血时间和完全止血时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),突破性出血及不良反应的发生率比较,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论妈富隆与倍美力治疗青春期功血在止血治疗方面均有效,而妈富隆组效果更显著,不良反应更小,患者的顺应性更好。

Objective To approach the treatment of quick hemostasis, regulating menstrual cycle simply and less adverse reactions through studying clinical effect on Marvelon and Premarin treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding during the puberty. Methods There was 77 outpatients divided into observation group with Marvelon treatment and control group with Premarin treatment in Department of gynaecology and obstetrics, MCH hospital in Dagang region, Tianjin city from Aug. 2008 to April 2009. The effect of hemestasis and adverse reactions between patients in two groups was compared. Results There was significant difference of hemostatic efficiency between two groups that hemostatic efficiency was 100% of observation group and it was 85.29% of control group, Controlling bleeding time and complete hemostatic time of observation group was shorter than that of control group and there was significant difference between two groups（P 〈0. 05）. The incidence of breakthrough bleeding and adverse reactions of observation group was less than that of control group（ P 〈 0, 01 ）. Conclusion Marvelon and Premarin ,sere effective for the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding during the puberty. The effective of Marvelon was more obvious and less adverse reactions so the compliance of patients was better.
