少数民族县出生缺陷监测结果分析及对策探讨

目的通过对石棉县近几年的出生缺陷监测分析,探讨边远少数民族杂居地区,出生缺陷发生的相关因素及现状,制定相应对策,提高该县出生人口素质。方法对近5年出生缺陷监测资料分析统计。结果出生缺陷发生率呈上升趋势,男性>女性。结论先天畸形是当地围产儿和5岁以下儿童死亡的重要因素,应加强宣传,加大投入,充分发挥三级妇幼保健网的职能作用,多部门,跨行业合作努力,才能降低出生缺陷的发生率。

Methods The data of the birth defects situation was statistical an- alyzed in 5 years, Results The incidence of birth defects showed rising tendency that the incidence of Tibet - na- tionality, Han - nationality and Yi - nationality was increasing in orderly. The incidence of birth defects in males was higher than that of females. Conclusion The congenital malformation was the most important factor of the death in infants and children under 5 - age. The incidence of native birth defects should be reduced through strengthening propa- ganda, increasing investment, giving full play to the functional role of three - grade health care health.
