摘要
对当前医院图书馆资源建设中存在的经费有限、纸本文献资源购置随意和盲目、电子资源购置缺乏科学系统的评估和理性分析等种种弊端,在调研和实践的基础上,从文献筛选的原则和方法、加强馆内文献资源的整合和建设,加强馆内及其他馆间文献资源的共建共享与协作3方面,进行可行性的对策研究。
Nowadays, the shortcomings of random and blind purchase of paper literature resources as well as lack in scientific evaluation of electronic resources are common in resource construction in hospitals. The author conducted a oriented study on this issue from 3 angles based on investigation and practice.
