秦香颗粒对人轮状病毒感染乳鼠血清IFN-γ的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究秦香颗粒(又名秦香止泻肠溶片)对人轮状病毒(HRV)感染乳鼠血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的影响及作用机制。方法将KM乳鼠按体质量随机分成7组,正常对照组常规饲养,其余6组经口感染制成HRV感染模型,并分别灌服病毒唑、肠康片、秦香颗粒高、中、低剂量、生理盐水(NS),连续给药5 d。采用ELISA检测HRV感染乳鼠血清中IFN-γ含量。结果与正常组相比,各造模组INF-γ含量均有显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组相比,肠康片组及秦香颗粒组均能提高血清IFN-γ含量,其中以秦香颗粒中、高剂量组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论秦香颗粒能增强HRV感染乳鼠IFN-γ的含量,提示有一定的量效关系。 Objective To study the effects of Qinxiang granules on IFN-γ in suck- ling mice infected by human rotavirus(HRV). Methods Suckling mice were randomly divided into 7 groups, the mice in control group were fed with normal food, and in other six groups were induced as the HRV model and fed with high dose, medium dose and low dose of Qinxiang, Ribavirin and Changkang tablets respectively and in control group with NS, for 5 days. The changes of IFN-γ were measured with ELISA assay. Results Compared with the control group, the serum IFN-γ contents in other groups increased significantly (P〈0.01); Compared with the model group, the serum IFN-T contents in Changkang group and Qinxiang groups were higher, in which, the medium and high doses of Qinxiang granules were considered significanly(P〈0.05, P〈0.01), and the low dose was insignificant(P〉0.05). Conclusion Qinxiang granules can significantly enhance the expression of IFN-γ and there is the certain dose-effect relationship.
