摘要 目的对不同方法提取木香挥发油化学成分进行比较研究。方法用超临界CO2萃取法(SFE-CO2)和水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)对木香的挥发油进行提取,并运用GC-MS法分析了两种提取物中的挥发油化学成分。结果共鉴定出55个成分,SFE-CO2法被鉴定的成分有36个,水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油被鉴定的成分有34个,两者共有成分15个。结论SFE与SD得到的成分仅有15种相同,其它各不相同。 Objective To compare the chemical components of costustoot essential oil extacted with different methods. Methods The supercritical CO2 extraction (SFE-CO2) and steam distillation were used to extract the chemical components of the costustoot essential oil. Results Total 55 ikinds of components were identified, in which, 35 kinds were identified with SFE-CO2 and 34 with SD, and 15 were with both methods. Conclusion 15 chemical components are same with both SFE-CO2 and SD, and other are not.
