鼻咽癌中医主症、证型及常用中药的文献研究

Literature study of nasopharyngeal carcinoma on primary symptoms,syndrome patterns and Chinese medicines used commonly

目的探讨鼻咽癌的中医主症、证型及常用中药应用的初步规律,为临床研究提供依据。方法不完全性检索、查阅1975年4月至2008年12月公开发行的国内外学术刊物有关鼻咽癌中医证治方药的文献,并用统计软件对所报道的症状、证型及治法方药进行统计学分析。结果根据频数分析、聚类分析、主成成分及因子分析的结果,得出鼻咽癌的主要症状、主要证型及其用药规律。结论初步得出鼻咽癌症状以鼻塞最常见,证型以气阴两虚型最常见,其相应的治疗用药也以益气养阴类中药为主。

Objective To investigate the primary symptoms and syndrome patterns of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the initial law of using Chinese medicines commonly in TCM.Methods The literatures of treatment and medicines of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in TCM in published academic journals were incompletely retrieved at home and abroad from April, 1975 to December, 2008, and primary sysptoms, syndrome patterns and treating Chinese medicines were statistically analysed with statiatical software. Results According to the results obtained from frequency analysis, clustering analysis, principal component analysis and factors analysis, the law of main manifestations and syndromes of the carcinoma and using Chinese medicines to treat it. Conclusion The nasal congestion of symptoms and the deficiency in both qi and yin of syndrome patterns are the most common, while the Chinese medicines to replenish qi and noursh yin used for the carcinoma are the main medicines.
