摘要
采用高温固相反应合成了(ZnLa)BO3:Mn2+、Eu3+和(CdLa)BO3:Mn2+、Ce3+的光致发光材料.研究了激活剂和敏化剂的浓度.进行了X射线粉末实验,并且求得了发光粉样的颗粒大小.
In this paper, we have synthesized a photoluminescent of (ZnLa)BO 3:Mn 2+ 、Eu 3+ and (CdLa)BO 3:Mn 2+ 、Ce 3+ by high temperature solid phase reaction, relationship between the activating agent and the sensitizer concentration for Mn 2+ 、Eu 3+ in (ZnLa)BO 3 and Mn 2+ 、Ce 3+ in (CdLa)BO 3 were also discussed. Their crystal structure belongs to orthorhombic system, the particle size is 39.64nm, 37.45nm by XRD.
