摘要
以单件最低成本为目标函数,考虑各约束边界的模糊性[1],运用系统模糊决策理论和模糊优化理论,对长春轻型车前轴主销孔的钻削用量进行了优化设计,并获得满意的结果.表明这一理论在机械加工领域中,具有良好的应用前景.
In this paper, the minium process cost per piece is as the target function, and the fuzzy properties of constraint boundary is also fully considered. Based on the fuzzy optimum theory and systematic fuzzy decision theory, the drilling condition of the front axle for Changchun light automobile are optimized, and the result is correspond to the actual situation perfectly. It also can be shown that this theory has good practical future in the machining field.
