摘要
为对摩托车动力学性能进行可靠分析和评价,提出了基于道路模拟和虚拟样机的摩托车动力学仿真方法。运用CATIA、NASTRAN和ADAMS等软件,建立了刚柔耦合摩托车虚拟样机模型,基于MTS摩托车两通道轮胎耦合道路模拟试验机激励约束方式,进一步建立了摩托车动力学仿真平台,通过把仿真结果与试验结果进行对比,仿真模型和平台被反复修正并达到了较高的精度。在仿真测试平台上输入道路模拟试验机迭代驱动信号或不同路面谱信号,可代替道路模拟试验机对摩托车进行舒适性、耐久性模拟试验,从而大大缩短试验周期,降低试验成本,提高试验安全性。
For analyzing and evaluating motorcycle dynamics reliably,the dynamics simulation method based on road simulation and virtual prototype is developed. A rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype and test platform of motorcycle are created with CATIA,NASTRAN and ADAMS software; and according to two-channel tire-coupled road simulator of MTS Systems Corporation,the simulation test platform is devised. By comparing simulation results with experimental results,the simulation model and platform are repetitively refined to fairly high precision. The iterated driving signal of road simulator or typical spectrum of different roads is imported into the virtual test platform, the comfort and durability tests of motorcycle can be undertaken to replace road simulator,the test period and cost are greatly reduced,and test security is increased.
