摘要 通过制动鼓为例进行精确砂型铸造试验,得到尺寸精度高、表面质量好的铸件,表明所选用的转移涂料在起模后涂层可以完整地转移到砂型表面,能精确复制出模型的外形和内腔的形状。研究认为快速成型技术与转移涂料技术相结合是实现精确砂型铸造技术的可行方法。 Brake drum is taken example for studying Sand Casting Precision technology. Foundry processes and technological equipments are designed according to the precision technology characteristic. The coating can be transferred smoothly during striping and copy the shape of RP molds accurately with Phenol Formaldehyde Resin Sand at the foundry field. Brake drum castings are produced by this technology with a good surface roughness and high dimensional accuracy. This study indicates that it is an effective method improving sand casting precision to realize precision casting by using sand casting precision technology.
