摘要
针对石油化工行业油井作业的现场需求,基于多CPU嵌入式系统设计思想设计了一种油井作业监测系统。该系统提供对作业时所需要的九项参数实时测量、存储与显示,作业结束后经上位计算机进行数据管理。本文对系统结构设计、数据通信、任务调度和数据处理给出了具体设计方法。该仪器经现场试用验证,系统工作稳定可靠,下管位移测量误差小于1‰,其余参数误差小于1%,完全满足实际各个操作参数精度的要求,提高了石油化工油井作业自动化测量技术水平。
With regard to requirements of oil-well operation in petrochemical industry, a set of monitoring equipments based on multi-CPU embedded system for oil-well operation was designed. With real-time measurement, storage and display of nine parameters, the data was processed later on the host computer. The structure of the system, data communication and task scheduling were introduced in detail, and the method of data processing was also given. The final results of field test prove that the whole system works steadily. The measurement error for displacement of tripping up and down is less than 1‰, and that of any other parameters were within + 1%. The precision requirements of operation parameters can be well met in practice, and thereby the technical level of automatic measurement for oil-well operation in petrochemical industry is promoted.
