摘要 在直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)系统运行过程中,其中劣化的单体燃料电池将直接影响整个电池系统的供电性能,因此需要对DMFC中的每一节单体电池的工作电压进行实时检测,发现故障及时处理。而解决问题的关键则在于对单体电池端电压的取样,介绍一种基于光电隔离继电器和AVR微控制器的DMFC电压检测方法,其检测精度和实时性均满足要求,且具有电路简单、检测电压范围大、系统成本低等特点。实验证明该方法能够有效地监控和保护DMFC。 Some bad monomer fuel cells would affect the power supplying performance of the direct-methanol fuel cell (DMFC) system when it was running. So it was necessary to detect each monomer fuel cell' s operation voltage of DMFC, then to discover malfunction and dispose it in time. The key problem was how to sampling monomer fuel cell' s operation voltage, one kind of DMFC voltage automatic polling measurement method based on optoelectronic isolating relay and AVR microcontroller could meet the requirement of measurement precision and real-time character, and it had a simple circuit, a large voltage measurement range and a low cost. The experiment proves that this method can play an effective role of detecting and protecting DMFC.
