摘要 利用西门子S7-200PLC和WinCC实现双腔监测换热器系统,采用分布式控制系统结构,完成对现场数据采集、自动控制的功能。根据系统流量控制需要,设计了针对流量控制的模糊PID控制器,提高了流量控制的效果。系统人机交互性好、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强。 An intelligent monitoring system designed for dual chamber heat exchanger was completed by using the SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC and the WinCC configuration software. Distributed control system structure was adopted in the system to accomplish collection of the real data and automation function. According to the practical needs, the fuzzy-PID controller for flow control was designed and the effect of flow control was enhanced. The system has good man-machine interaction, high reliability and strong anti-interference.
