摘要
实验选用体重1.5~2.5kg的健康家兔,静脉注射氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉,在体记录胃内压变化.观察了弱激光照射足三里穴对刺激兔迷走神经导致胃内压变化的影响.结果表明:(1)电刺激兔迷走神经可使胃内压升高,弱激光照射足三里穴后,能明显减弱迷走神经引起的胃内压升高现象,且这种抑制效应与照射时间呈正相关.(2)纳络酮可加强激光的作用.(3)静脉注射脑啡肽,激光照射足三里穴对刺激完整迷走神经引起的胃内压变化无显著影响,但对切断迷走神经后刺激其外周端引起的胃内压上升有明显的抑制作用.(4)酚妥拉明和心得宁对刺激迷走神经和弱激光照射引起的胃内压变化均无显著影响.由此推断,脑啡肽经中枢途径可减弱激光的作用,经外周途径与激光作用相协同,去甲肾上腺素类可能不参与弱激光的调节作用.
The experiments are carried on healthy rabbits.The results show that electrostimulation of vagus has very significant intragastric pressure (IGP) enhancement effect.But it has very significant IGP reduction effect ( P <0 05) after weak laser irradiated Zusanli.As naloxone,the antagonist of optate like substance,strengthens the effect of weak laser in varying degrees.However,it has no significant effect after I.V. Leu enkephalin (L ENK)under the same experiment conditions.But, after cutting off vagus,stimulating its peripheral end has very significant lowering effect on IGP.The phentolamin and practolol don′t have significant effect in the other experiments of repeated weak laser irradiation of Zusanli.The above results indicate that L ENK weakens effect of laser by central way,interacting with laser by peripheral way.Norepinephrine (NE) probably doesn′t regulate the effect of laser.
