自成立之时,我国期货交易所一直高度重视企业文化建设,致力于具有行业特色的企业文化实践,取得了不少成绩,但仍需要进一步完善和加强。本文对我国期货交易所企业文化建设的现状进行剖析,并就其在市场经济大背景下如何适应期货交易所的具体实际提出相关对策建议,以此促进其稳健、高效和可持续发展。

Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise. China＇ futures exchanges have attached great importance to the corporate culture construction, nurturing its industry characteristics. However, there would be still some aspects for further improvement. The thesis reflects on the current construction of corporate culture in China＇s futures exchanges, and then puts forward some useful suggestions, thereby contributing to the efficient and sustainable development of this industry.
