摘要
用透射电镜观察铬(Ⅲ)处理18d后的亚心形扁藻超微结构的变化.结果表明,铬浓度较低时(≤1.5×10-5mg/L,对细胞的伤害不明显.当铬浓度增大时,出现细胞核变形,核膜解体,线粒体膨大或解体;类囊体缺失,排列散乱,叶绿体膜系统溃解.
The change of the ultrastructure of Platymones subcordiformis treated with Cr(Ⅲ) for 18 days is observed through scanning electronic microscope.The result shows that the cell injury is not considerable when the Cr(Ⅲ) concentration is low.However,with the concentration increasing,cell nucleus becomes deformed,nucleus membrane turns to be decomposed,mitachondrion swelled or decomposed,thylakoid decreased and its arrangement disordered,system of chloroplast membrane is broken down.
