本文利用九点二次曲线的形成原理，建立起一种直线与二次曲线的对应关系，论述了实现直线与二次曲线对应的具体方法。

In this paper, a kind of correspondent relation between the straight line and the conic is set up by utilizing the forming principle of the nine point conit. The concrete methods of getting the correspondence between the straight line and the conic is recounted. Some properties of corresponding conic are discussed.
