摘要
试验证明,铬及稀土元素的渗入,使渗硼层抗高温氧化性能有明显提高,但在更高温度下(>900℃),渗层的抗氧化性能变差。同时,本文还深入地研究了渗硼层氧化的动力学规律。
Adding Cr and RE can remarkably improve the oxidation resistance in high temperature for the Chrome RE Boronized layer. But under the temperature above 900 ℃, the property of the layer will become worse. Besides, dynamics regularity about the oxidation of the layer is also studied thoroughly. The mechanism that adding Cr and RE can improve the oxidation resistance of the layer are also discussed.
