论吴玉章的高等教育思想

On WU Yu-zhang＇s Higher Education Thoughts

吴玉章担任中国人民大学校长长达17年，他不辱使命，求实创新，艰苦奋斗，成为中国著名大学校长。他在长期的教育实践和理论探索过程中构建了他的高等教育思想。他的高等教育思想主要体现在高等教育的目标和任务、中国高等教育办学体制的构建、学习苏联经验和中国高等教育实际相结合、建立一支高素质的教师队伍、强化青年的思想政治教育等。他的高等教育思想具有鲜明的时代性。

Wu Yu-zhang worked as Chinese People＇s University resident for 17years. He carried out mission, ex- ploited and innovated, struggled hard and became a very famous president. He constructed his higher education thoughts in the course of long exploitation of educational theory and practice. They included some important factors, such as goals and tasks of education, construction of running system, combining Soviet Union＇s experience with China higher education practice. Establishing a high quality teacher troops, strengthening students＇ideological and political education and so on. His thoughts are of bright times nature.
