To Stand Locally to Help Study by Loan to Establish A Finacial Aid System for Economy Difficult Students in the Colleges ——Taking an Example of Some Colleges in Gansu Province

专科院校经济困难学生现象日显突出，已经成为一个群体性的社会问题。本文以甘肃某高等专科学校为例，调查研究了甘肃专科院校经济困难学生资助的现状、经济困难问题出现的原因及存在的问题。并从政府、社会、学校、家庭、学生的五维视角出发，试图构建甘肃专科院校经济困难学生资助体系。

There are more and more economy difficult students in the colleges, which has become a serious social problem. This study is based on some colleges in Gansu province, to investigate the condition of the Finaeial Aid for economy difficult students, and the reasons of their poor condition and their present existing problems. It is also based on the point of view of Government, Society, Schools, Families, and Students, trying to establish A Finaeial Aid System for economy difficult students in the colleges and universities in Gansu province.
