摘要
教师专业化是目前一术比较热门的话题，本文从世界教师专业化运动的产生以及其主张和特点入手，并结合当前我国师范教育的特点从而得出启发，为我国教师专业化的理论和实践提供借鉴。
Teacher professionalization is a hot topic. This article starts from the beginning of world teacher profes- sional sports as well as their ideas and characteristics, and combining with the characteristics of teacher education in China to get inspiration. Accordingly it provided reference for Chinese teacher professional theory and practice.
