晏阳初是我国伟大的教育家，他主张倡导平民教育运动，毕生从事平民教育事业并作出了很大的贡献。在法国援助华工的经历让他意识到弱者身上潜在的力量，并致力于将其平民思想付诸实践。他从农民这一弱者出发意识与行动以及其完善的思想体系对当今农民工的教育有很大的启示。

Yan Yangchu ,great educator of our country, he advocated education campaign initiated by the civilian population, civilians to engage in lifelong education and made a great contribution. The experience of helping Chinese laborers in France, so made him being aware of the potential strength of the weak and the civilian population committed to its ideology into practice. His departure from the farmers in this weak sense of sound and action, as well as its ideology on the education of today＇s migrant workers have great insight.
