The Mechanism Design of Rural Financial Enterprises' Undertaking of Social Responsibilities

承担社会责任是企业的重要任务之一,在逐利的大环境下,农村金融企业的社会责任工作开始遭到人们的质疑。文章着重研究农村金融企业承担社会责任的主要内容和存在的不足,对其承担社会责任受到的法律、政策及其机构本身等诸多限制因素进行分析,为提高农村金融企业履行社会责任的能力与水平,提出需要外部机制和内部机制合力建设的建议。

Undertaking social responsibilities is one of the important tasks for enterprises. People begin to doubt the social responsibility work undertook by rural financial enterprises under the broad environment of chasing profit. The paper studies the contents and the deficiencies of rural financial enterprises＇ social responsibilities, and analyzes the factors which influence their undertaking of social responsibility, including legal factors, policy factors and the enterprises themselves. Suggestions are given on how to improve the ability and the level of the enterprises＇ undertaking of social responsibilities by building the internal and external mechanisms together.
