摘要
不改革和创新,学校就难以又快又好地发展,只有不断创新,才能突破观念、体制和机制对学校科学发展的制约。因此,本文在科学发展观的指导下,分析和探讨了四川烹专"以特色求生存,以创新促发展"办学理念的内涵和重要意义。
Colleges cannot ensure a rapid and sound development without reform and innovation. Only with continuous innovation can breakthroughs be made about the restriction of ideology, system and mechanism on school scientific development. Therefore, under the guidance of scientific outlook on development, this paper analyzes and discusses the concept of＂ strive for survival on the basis of characteristics, promote development through innovation＂.
