摘要
2009年6月,云南省昆明市接受了中国烹饪协会专家组的考察认定,被授予"中华美食名城"的称号。本文以一个评审专家的视角,从饮食历史文化、旅游与美食的结合、政府支持餐饮业发展和行业协会组织等4个方面总结了昆明餐饮业快速发展的成功经验。
In June 2009, Kunming was awarded the title of" China's Famous City of Food" by China Cuisine Association. As an evaluation expert, the author attempts to figure out what promotes the rapid development of Kunming' s catering business from the following four aspects : its culinary culture and history, the combination of tourism and food, the support of the government, and the function of the cuisine organizations and associations.
