摘要
将简单的计算方法用于营养指导,以尽可能低的价格获取较高的食物营养素供给,并利用《食物成分表》、《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》,将畜禽肝脏的营养素含量与市场价格因素相结合,建立"食物营养素含量价格比"、"营养素达标价"、"营养素达标量"等公式,将计算的相关数据排序列表作为营养指导与配膳的又一依据。
Based on Food Composition Table and Dietary Reference Intakes for Chinese Residents, this paper combines the nutrients of livers and their prices to establish formulas for calculating volume/price ratio of nutri- ents, their target prices and target volumes. The data from the calculation are then arranged in order so as to serve as another reference for Drovidinz advice on nutrition or diet.
