摘要
食品安全问题越来越受到社会的广泛关注。食品安全问题贯穿原材料的选择、加工过程、储存方式等各个环节,每个环节都影响着食品的安全。本文从食堂烹饪的角度阐述了合理烹饪对食品安全的重要性。
Food safety has become an issue that is of great concern to the public. This problem might occur at any stage of food-preparation such as selecting raw materials, processing, storing, transporting and cooking, etc. This paper sets out to illustrate the importance of appropriate cooking methods in food safety from the per- spective of a refectory.
