摘要
改革开放以来,人们的物质生活水平普遍提高,特别是沿海发达地区,生活质量提升较快,人们对食物的要求从一味求好转变为更求健康。素食的诸多益处使之成为了健康食物的代表。本文回顾了素食的产生及其发展历史,对比了中西方素食观的差异,分析了素食与健康的密切关系,并对如何采用餐饮营销的方式推广素食进行了探讨。
With the policy of reform and opening up, the living standards of the Chinese people have been on the rise, especially in the developed coastal areas. People's requirements of food are also changing from pursu- ing tastes to seeking health, Vegetarian food ,with its many benefits, has become a symbol of healthy diet. This paper reviews the history of vegetarian diet, compares different viewpoints on vegetarian food between the Chinese and Western people, analyzes the close correlation of vegetarian food and good health, and then explores its marketing strategies.
