摘要
本文对图书馆的传统规章制度进行了思考与分析,提出应按照"以人为本"的理念创新图书馆规章制度,并就图书馆如何优化服务提出建议。
This paper speculates on the traditional regulations of libraries, and then discusses the people-oriented innovations of these regulations. Suggestions about how to optimize the service is also dealt with in the paper.
