《艺概》是清代刘熙载所撰写的一部重要文艺理论批评著作。袁津琥先生经数年努力完成了国内第一部《艺概》的全注本——《艺概注稿》,其校注成就主要表现在两个方面:重新标点校勘《艺概》一书,辨正前人的错误;全面阐释刘熙载的文艺理论批评思想,贯穿全书解析专门术语。

Yigai （A Brief Introduction to Art） is an important book on literary theories and criticism written by Liu Xizai in the Qing dynasty. After several years of hard work, Mr. Yuan Jinhu first had the book with full annotations published ： The Collations and Annotations of Yigai. There are two things that are outstanding about the publication. The fist one is that the author collated the punctuations and points out the errors made by his predecessors. The other one is that the author made comprehensive interpretation of Liu Xizai＇s thoughts about literary theories and criticism. He explains the technical terms throughout this book.
